Korla Pandit was an organist whose radio work included the 1948 revival of Chandu the Magician, where he supplied mysterious background music on the Novachord and Hammond electronic organ. The next year he became a regular organist on Hollywood Holiday, a Los Angeles restaurant broadcast. He then found early TV fame with Korla Pandit's Adventures in Music on KTLA, noted as the first all-music program on television.
