Shirley Temple (1928-2014) was Hollywood's top box-office draw as a child from 1934 to 1938. Bright Eyes, featuring her signature song On the Good Ship Lollipop, helped earn her a miniature Juvenile Academy Award in 1935, and hits like Curly Top, The Littlest Rebel and Heidi followed. As a young adult she appeared in The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer and Fort Apache, and later she hosted the television anthology Shirley Temple's Storybook. Her radio debut came on Christmas Eve 1939, and in Radio Days you can hear her on Lux Radio Theatre, Family Theater and The Screen Guild Theater.
